实验室简介
实验室的主要研究方向是环境污染物以及食品污染物的风险评估,着重于表观遗传调控模式在化学中毒、化学致癌及风险评估中的应用。实验室通过多种生物技术手段(包括高通量测序技术,生物信息学,分子细胞生物学等),以人、小鼠、体外细胞为研究对象,揭示表观遗传因素在调控毒效应中的作用及作为生物标志在风险评估中的价值。
