【研究方向及兴趣】
多组学数据与系统流行病学研究:（1）利用包含代谢组学、微生物组学及蛋白质组学等在内的人群多组学数据，结合新型的统计分析方法（机器学习模型），识别心血管代谢疾病（如糖尿病、肥胖、代谢综合征、冠心病等）新的分子标志物，建立相应的预测模型，并探究潜在分子机制；（2）利用多组学数据，探究营养和生活方式因素与心血管代谢疾病之间关联的潜在通路和分子机制，识别出响应人群，促进心血管代谢疾病的精准化预防。
