【研究方向及兴趣】
　　长期从事生物信息学及多组学联合分析研究（宏基因组、代谢组、脂质组、蛋白质组等）。依托所在研究团队所建立的华南地区前瞻性自然人群队列，聚焦于“代谢综合征的早期防治”核心科学问题，综合性探索“营养代谢-肠道菌群-宿主代谢健康”之间的动态联系，致力于（1）筛选代谢综合征的新型生物标志物；（2）发现关键致病通路及分子机制；（3）构建代谢综合征早期风险预测模型。
