研究方向 
将化学生物学方法与多组学技术相结合,开发方法以应用于毒理学研究,包括:
1)应用多种化学蛋白组学方法,来研究环境污染物、金属类药物的靶蛋白,从而了解其作用机制。
2)开发了新的表观转录组学方法——tagSeq策略,来研究RNA的非典型加帽修饰,如dpCoA和 NAD+。以期了解环境污染物对RNA加帽修饰的调节。
以第一作者身份在Nature Protocols、Chemical Science、Analytical Chemistry、Analytica Chimica Acta等国际权威学术期刊发表多篇SCI论文。
