迄今以第一或通讯作者身份在Arterioscler Thromb Vasc Biol、J Biol Chem、J Nutr、J Lipid Res等发表SCI论文7篇,获得国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、广东省自然科学基金博士启动项目1项。参编《肿瘤营养学》、《卫生学概论》、《现代食品卫生学》3部著作或教材。主要研究方向是植物化学物的抗氧化及糖脂代谢调节功能。
