主要承担或参与的课题

　　主要从事营养膳食与健康关系的流行病学研究及机制探讨。在膳食营养与慢病（心血管疾病、脂肪肝和肝癌）防治、我国老年人营养与健康（肌肉衰减综合征）、婴幼儿营养与生长发育等领域进行了大量的研究工作。主持8项国家自然科学基金项目以及多项省部级课题。参与起草国家重要指南和共识，包括《中国居民膳食指南》和《中国居民膳食营养素推荐摄入量》以及《中国中老年人健康状况及专属营养解决方案白皮书》等。获得广东省科技进步奖二等奖（第1）、中国营养学会科学技术奖二等奖（第1）和华夏医学科技奖三等奖（第1）。以通讯作者在Hepatology, Redox Biology、J Cachexia Sarcopenia Muscle、AJCN、Circulation 等学术刊物上发表论文100多篇.
