  长期从事环境污染健康危害评价及其毒理学研究,重点关注大气污染、新型持久性有机污染物全氟化合物(PFAS)和氯化石蜡的健康危害评估。通过现场流行病学调查量化环境污染物暴露对人群健康危害的剂量-效应关系;结合临床病例-对照研究明确了环境污染物与人群健康损伤的内在关系;进一步基于实验室研究探讨了环境污染物暴露致机体损伤的内在毒性机理;形成了从宏观到微观、人群现场调查与实验室基础研究相结合的特色。
