   香港中文大学博士,中山大学流行病学系教授,兼任广东省营养学会副理事长、中国营养学会理事等职,教育部新世纪优秀人才计划获得者,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目6项,中山大学5010项目,以及其他课题多项。参与中国营养学会组的2013版和2023版《中国居民膳食参考摄入量(DRIs)》的制订和编写工作,负责草拟膳食钙DRIs。在Nat Commun, AJCN, Clin Nutr, BMC Med, Gut, Heart, Br J Cancer, Diabetes Care, Microbiome等国际期刊发表SCI论文共230余篇,其中第一或通信作者论文120余篇;2019-2021年度入选Elsevier中国高被引学者 2021~2022年度入选全球学者库“全国公共卫生领域学者论文学术影响力前100名”。建立广州营养与健康研究队列,主要研究方向为营养膳食等因素与代谢性疾病的流行病学研究,以及基于该队列的多组学研究。
